owner. we live on 10 acers with plenty of room to roam. We have an inground swimming pool for the people to swim in the summer, and a huge fireplace to warm everyone in the winter. we are 15 miles south of Buffalo,NY and 6 miles
from East Aurora and Orchard Park, NY.
